📌 Experience : 2–5 Years

🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Review and audit HCC medical coding charts
- Ensure coding accuracy as per ICD-10-CM and CMS guidelines
- Validate HCC/Risk Adjustment coding quality
- Identify coding errors and provide feedback to coders
- Maintain quality standards and audit reports
- Support process improvement and compliance requirements
💡 Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HCC/Risk Adjustment coding
- Good understanding of ICD-10-CM guidelines
- Experience in QA/QC medical coding audits
- Knowledge of Medicare Advantage coding guidelines
- Good analytical and communication skills
✅ Certification
✅ CPC / CRC / CCS certification preferred
