🔍 Key Responsibilities
- 📄 Claims Investigation: Review and resolve health plan claims for commercial and government customers
- 🧪 Thorough Medical Review: Analyze medical histories & conduct contestable investigations
- 🩺 Utilize Medical Knowledge: Apply CPT/diagnosis codes & client-specific guidelines
- 📊 Support Special Projects: Assist in reporting & team initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- ✅ Ensure Compliance: Follow state/federal regulations, contract guidelines & reimbursement policies
- 🔎 Quality Focus: Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability while handling tasks independently
🎯 Qualifications
Required:
- 🎓 BHMS / BAMS / BUMS / BPT / MPT
- 🎓 B.Sc Nursing or BDS with ≥1 year corporate experience
- ⏱️ Experience: 6 months–3 years preferred, freshers encouraged
Preferred:
- 💼 Experience in claims processing, managed care, or health insurance
- 🌎 Familiarity with US healthcare systems & medical coding
- 📚 Knowledge of medical records & healthcare terminology
