1. Chemist / Officer / Sr. Officer – Research & Development

Department: Research & Development

Number of Positions: 1

Qualification: M.Sc in Industrial, Inorganic, or Applied Chemistry

Experience: 1 to 4 years in the Chemical Industry

Key Responsibilities:
– Execute laboratory experiments as per project requirements
– Maintain accurate records of lab activities and observations
– Coordinate with the Pilot Plant team for scale-up and technology transfer activities

2. Operator – R&D (Pilot Plant)

Department: Research & Development

Number of Positions: 2

Qualification: ITI in AOCP or LACP

Experience: 1 to 5 years in the Chemical Industry

Key Responsibilities:
– Operate and monitor pilot plant processes
– Maintain detailed records of all pilot activities
– Coordinate with the QC team for in-process testing and quality checks
– Ensure smooth operation of batch processes with strict adherence to safety protocols and SOPs

3. Executive – ADL (Analytical Development Laboratory

Department: R&D

Number of Positions: 1

Qualification: M.Sc in Industrial, Inorganic, or Applied Chemistry 

Experience: 4 to 7 years in the Chemical Industry

Key Responsibilities:
– Hands-on experience with ICP, Surface Area Analyzer, Particle Size Analyzer, Auto Titrator
– Method development and validation for new products and raw materials
– Conduct literature reviews and technical research
