POSITION: PROCESS SAFETY LEAD

Location: Pashamyalram – 

Experience: 8-10 Years

Industry: API / Pharma Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and implement Process Safety Management (PSM) across the plant

✅ Conduct HAZOP, PHA, HIRA, LOPA, and Risk Assessments

✅ Ensure compliance with regulatory norms (Factories Act, PESO, etc.)

✅ Review and approve process safety for new projects and technology transfers

✅ Drive safety culture through regular training and awareness

✅ Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation

Requirements:

✔ B.E / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or equivalent

 ✔ 8-10 Years of Process Safety experience in API/Pharma/Chemical industry.

 ✔ Strong expertise in risk assessment tools (HAZOP, PHA, LOPA)

 ✔ Knowledge of statutory safety regulations and industry standards

 ✔ NEBOSH or equivalent safety certification preferred

 ✔ Excellent leadership and communication skills
