Position: Assistant Manager – Production

Location:  Nagda, MP, IN, 456331

Qualification:

B.E. (Chemical) with 3-6 years of experience.

Needs to have good knowledge of reaction, distillation, DCS operation, separation, chemical handling.

Needs to have knowledge about DCS operation , operation of  reactors, distillation column, ejectors, pumps , heat exchangers,Cooling tower

Job Highlights

Planning micro level operation of plant as per given production target.

Coordinating with other department like maintenance, utility, HR, safety, lab, ETP, co- gen.

Monitor and optimize process parameters for yield and quality.

Ensure safety compliances as per norms in operation area in plant.

Coordinate and implement productivity improvement and process debottlenecking projects.

Training at shop floor for subordinates to enhance their skills in the plant.

Ensuring the quality of finished product as per specifications.

Ensure  follow up of  ISO guidelines & implementation of HAZOP,HACCP, FEMIQs recommendations  at shop floor ( Including documentation updation.

Ensure proper work permit system gets followed.

Responsible for resource management for smooth functioning of the plant like raw materials, utilities etc.
