Anganwadi Jobs: 14,236 new Anganwadi jobs
Telangana Anganwadi job vacancy Update: 14,236 new job vacancies have been created in 35,700 Anganwadi centers in the Women and Child Welfare Department in the state of Telangana.
Out of 14,236 Anganwadi jobs available in the Anganwadi Center, there are 6399 Anganwadi teacher vacancies and 7,837 Anganwadi assistant posts vacant.

Although the government had previously approved the recruitment of 14,236 Anganwadi Child Welfare Department employees, the notification has not been released yet. It is learnt that there are some more vacancies due to the retirement of Anganwadi assistant employees who have completed 65 years of age in the recent past.
The recruitment process is facing technical hurdles after the Supreme Court struck down the special reservation for tribals in the indigenous areas of Telangana. It is being informed that a committee has been formed to resolve this issue and that the Anganwadi employment process has been initiated through the Child Welfare Department.
