We Are Hiring – Formulation and Development Manager 

Location: Roorkee, Uttarakhand  

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Industry: Pharmaceutical 

Salary: Open for the Right Candidate

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead formulation development for oral liquids, tablets, and capsules 
• Conduct trials, stability studies, and scale-up operations
• Ensure compliance with WHO-GMP, USFDA, and other regulatory standards 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product development
• Optimize existing formulations for quality and cost efficiency

Requirements:

• B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc with 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical formulation 
• Strong technical knowledge in oral dosage forms 
• Familiarity with cGMP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory standards
