IFS Recruitment 2025:

Indian Forest Services (IFS) has released a notification for 150 posts in the forest department. Candidates with any degree qualification and between the ages of 21 to 32 years are eligible for these posts. Those who qualify the UPSC prelims exam will be selected through the mains exam. Important dates:

The opportunity to apply has been given from 22 January to 11 February 2025. The preliminary written examination will be held on 25 May. Eligible candidates should immediately avail the opportunity.

Job Organization & Posts:

This notification has been released by UPSC for filling 150 posts in the Indian Forest Service (IFS).

Educational Qualification: 

To apply, you only need to have a degree, no experience is required.

Age :

Candidates who are at least 21 years and maximum 32 years of age are eligible to apply for these posts. There is an age relaxation of 5 years for SC, ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates and 10 years for PWD candidates.

Salary details:

If you are selected for these posts, you will get a salary of up to 85,000/- from the first month, all kinds of government allowances and benefits, and you will have the opportunity to work in your own state.

Selection process: 

The candidates who apply must first pass the UPSC Civil Services Prelims exam. Candidates who pass this exam will be selected for the IFS Mains exam.

General and OBC candidates have to pay Rs. 100/- to apply, while all other candidates can apply for free.
