The below-mentioned is our remuneration
offering for all, based on qualification level. Post: Technician

Qualification: ITI – Fitter\Electrical

Experience: Fresher
Salary: Monthly net home Salary (For 12 hour Shift including
lunch and tea time) will be Rs.18,000/- (after deduction
of PF/ESIC/PT as per State Labour Laws, as applicable)
and the monthly gross salary will be Rs.20,000/-
and your Yearly CTC will be Rs.2,71,596/- including
yearly Bonus of Rs. 10,000 + yearly Companys PF
of Rs. 21,600). Post: Trainee Engineer

Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Experience: Fresher
Salary:

Monthly net take home Salary (For 12 hour Shift

including lunch and tea time) will be Rs.22,000/-

(after deduction of PF/ESIC/PT as per State Labour

Laws, as applicable) and the monthly gross salary

will be Rs. 24,000/- and your Yearly CTC will be

Rs.3,19,600/- including yearly Bonus of Rs. 10,000

+ yearly Companys PF of Rs. 21,600).

Post: Trainee Extrusion Engineer / Trainee Maintenance Engineer

Qualification: B.E. \ B.Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical
Experience: Fresher
Salary:Monthly take home Salary (For 12 hour Shift including lunch and tea time) will be Rs.24,000/- (after deduction of PF/ESIC/PT as per State Labour Laws, as applicable) and the monthly gross salary will be Rs.26,000/- and the Yearly CTC will be Rs.3,43,600/- including yearly Bonus of Rs.10,000 + yearly Company’s PF of Rs.21,600). Benefits If performance of candidate will be good then 15% to 20% Salary hike after 4 months from the date of joining. They will also be promoted to the next level upon successful completion of probation period (6 month) with the Company.

We will provide the accommodation to the candidate on sharing basis with the monthly cost of Rs.2,500/-
Subsidized meals are available in the company canteen at the rate of Rs. 20 per meal.
The candidate will have to make his own arrangement for transportation from his residence to the Factory and from the accommodation provided by the Company to the Factory.
15 days PL holidays in a year post confirmation (6 Month) it will start.
