Posts and Monthly Salary:
Monthly salary is given in different types for different posts as follows:
• Senior Scientist & Head Level = (₹1,31,400/-)
• Program Assistant (Lab Technician = (₹35,400/-)
• Program Assistant (Farm Manager = (₹35,400/-)
• Stenographer Grade = (₹25,500/-)
• Supporting Staff Level (₹18,000/-)
Qualifications
The educational qualifications and experience required for each post are as follows:
• Senior Scientist & Postdoctoral : Degree (in Agriculture subject), experience in the relevant field is required.
• Program Assistant (Lab Technician): Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Program Assistant (Farm Manager) : Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Horticulture or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Stenographer Grade: 12th class pass or equivalent from a recognized board.
• Supporting Staff : 10th or equivalent, ITI pass.
Age limit
The maximum age limit for each post is 40 years. Relaxations in age limit may be applicable for special categories as per government rules.
