Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development activities for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).
• Perform synthesis, process optimization, and scale-up of organic compounds.
• Maintain compliance with USFDA, EU-GMP, and TGA regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for API development and technology transfer.
• Ensure accurate documentation of experiments and analytical results.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / M.Sc in Organic Chemistry.
• Experience: 0–8 years in API R&D (freshers also eligible).
• Strong understanding of organic synthesis, analytical methods, and process development.
