Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls (Tier 2 support) and resolve HR-related queries
Provide recruitment support (e.g., guiding applicants, rehires)
Maintain high customer satisfaction and comply with SLAs
Use tools like ServiceNow, ERP systems, MS Office, etc.
Ensure secure handling of data (GDPR-compliant)
Place outbound calls when required
Log all cases accurately in the ticketing system

Skills & Requirements

Excellent communication (written & verbal)
Strong customer service and call-handling skills
Technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
Experience using CRM or ticketing tools preferred
Bachelor’s Degree (any stream)
