- Perform Mass & Energy Balance & other Basic Engineering activities.
- Perform process & Design calculations.
- Preparation of Pump data sheet, PHE, Agitator, Equipment data sheet other Bought out items Datasheets.
- Prepare P & IDs & UFDs.
- Perform Pre-commissioning & Commissioning Activities.
- Preparation of Operation & maintenance manuals.
- Hazop Study.
- Project Execution Experience.
- Engineering of Brewery, Food & Beverages, Malt Spirit plant experience.
- Software FDS development & FAT of Software before commissioning.
- PDS for instrumentation / bought out items / Equipments.
- Conversant with detailed design calculations for Jacketed Vessel, pressure vessels, heat exchanges, tanks etc.
