Job Description
Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Scientist, Pharmacometrics Support within Clinical Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics (CPP) to provide technical support for operational efficiencies. This hybrid full-time role in Hyderabad focuses on automating data assembly, dataset quality control, documentation, and submission-ready deliverables while contributing to workflow modernization using automation and AI-enabled tools.
Skills / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmacometrics, or data analysis support
- Proficiency in R for data manipulation (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of SDTM and ADaM clinical data structures
- Basic understanding of non-linear mixed-effects modeling
- Familiarity with Clinical PK and PK/PD concepts
- Knowledge of clinical drug development processes
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
- Accountability for timely delivery of tasks
- Continuous learning mindset and openness to process improvement
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluent English
Key Responsibilities
- Standardize R scripts and functions to generate ADNCA and NONMEM datasets
- Create routines for variable definition documentation for submissions
- Perform basic Pharmacometrics QC on AI-generated code
- Document QC checks, findings, and follow-up actions
- Suggest process improvements including automation and standardization
- Support updates to SOPs, job aids, templates, and training materials
- Follow CPP processes, SOPs, and regulatory instructions
