Available Positions
Lupin is recruiting freshers for the following departments at its Tarapur manufacturing plant:
- Quality Control & Quality Assurance (QC/QA)
- Production API
These entry-level roles are ideal for 2024-2025 passouts seeking hands-on experience in a regulated pharma setup.
Roles and Responsibilities
As a fresher in these departments, you will be trained on key operational aspects while supporting day-to-day activities:
For Quality Control & Quality Assurance:
- Conducting sampling, testing, and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Ensuring compliance with cGMP, regulatory guidelines, and internal SOPs.
- Documentation of test results, investigations, and quality reports.
- Supporting stability studies and validation activities.
For Production API:
- Assisting in API manufacturing processes, including reactor operations, filtration, and drying.
- Monitoring batch production, equipment handling, and process parameters.
- Maintaining cleanroom protocols and safety standards.
- Documentation of batch records and adherence to production schedules.
Freshers will undergo structured training to build expertise in these areas.
Required Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Quality Control & Quality Assurance:
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry
- Or B.Pharm/M.Sc.
- Pass-out year: 2024-2025 with first class marks
- Freshers only
Production API:
- B.Sc./M.Sc./Diploma in Chemical with first class
- Pass-out year: 2024-2025 (Freshers)
