Job Summary
Lupin, a leading pharmaceutical company, is hiring an Associate to join our Production team at the Tarapur manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for candidates with 2-4 years of experience in chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing seeking hands-on shop floor experience. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth production operations while strictly adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety protocols, and quality standards.

Location: Tarapur, Maharashtra, India (On-site, Plant Location)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Experience: 2–4 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive shop floor awareness during the manufacturing process, ensuring all operations run efficiently and safely.
- Implement and enforce Basic GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards and safety knowledge within the production environment.
- Monitor production processes using foundational chemistry knowledge to ensure product quality and yield.
- Adhere strictly to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch manufacturing records.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot operational issues and maintain process excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate result orientation and a commitment to process excellence.
Education: Graduation in Chemistry (B.Sc preferred) OR Diploma in Chemical Engineering
Work Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical, fine chemical, or API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) sectors.
