Job Description:
Position: Junior Officer – Production
Location: Ambernath, Maharashtra / Valia, Gujarat (Locations of our manufacturing Key
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage tank farm activities, ensuring safe and efficient loading and unloading of various tankers (ISO, Flexi, standard tankers).
- Conduct material transfers and maintain meticulous records of all operations.
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on critical production equipment, including pumps, heat exchangers, cooling towers, distillation columns, vacuum systems, drying, flaking units, and batch/continuous reactors.
- Ensure smooth operation of the production processes and adherence to all safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize plant efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications & Skills
Qualification: Diploma in Chemical Engineering (Mandatory).
Experience: 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in a chemical manufacturing environment.
Strong Operational Knowledge: Expertise in chemical process equipment and production operations is essential.
Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, operational knowledge of pumps, reactors, distillation, and excellent communication skills.
